Process Engineering Intern

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to the following: Assist in the design and execution of trials related to injection molding and extrusion film processes. Conducts material testing and analysis to evaluate performance characteristics Supports the development of new materials and formulations for improved product performance Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met Assist in writing procedures for new processes as well as revising and writing new procedures for processes already in place. Collaborate with Operations, Applications & Research Development and Quality to meet project requirements and timelines. Perform statistical analysis on product data when required Participate in FMEA's and Design of Experiments related to current and/or new products Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Education/Special Skills Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical and problem solving skills Proven ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while being detail-oriented Strong written and verbal skills Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting & planning skills
