To learn more about Compeer Financial visitWhere you will work: This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is based out of the Rochester-MN, Bloomington-IL, or Morton-IL office locations. The contributions you will make: Thispositionassistsregionalappraisersinproducinghighqualityappraisals.Obtainsandanalyzesinformationor documentsandcreates work files for both sales and subject properties.Responsible formaintainingaccuratedata andcorrectsinformation as needed. A typical day: Appraisal Support Demonstratesan understandingofeachCountyAssessor'son-line system includingpropertyidentificationnumbering(tax ID's)and GIS. Reviews and interpretslegaldescriptionsandlandmeasurementunitstoaccuratelyidentifythe sale or subject property under consideration. Examines plat books and aerial photographs to accuratelylocateeach sale or subject property within the correct townshipandsection. Evaluatesclient engagement letters and appraisal requests, and records subject properties in the department's software tools. Coordinatesand collaborateswith other business units and teams within Compeer, providing support as needed to meet the department's and organization's needs. Deliversexceptional service to clients and team members, ensuring a consistent client experience that aligns with Compeer's mission and vision. Assembles and bindsreports for distribution. Data and Records Administration Createsand organizessubjectappraisalandsalesdata work files. Compiledocumentssuch asaerial, soil, topography, GIS, plat,andflood mapsas well as taxrecordssale or auction brochuresandpurchase contracts. Researchescourthouserecords and digital systems for farm and rural home sales,utilizingstate recording systems,CamoAg, and Land Sales Bulletin. Accurately analyzes and enters sales data into theAgWareDataLog. Reviewserror reports andcorrectsdata elementsensuring data integrity and accuracy. Reviewsappraisal reports for accuracy as requested by the appraisers. The skills and experience we prefer you have: Highschooldiploma;oranequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperiencesufficientto performthe essential functions of the job. SkillinusingMicrosofttechnologiesincludinge-mail,wordandspreadsheetprocessing. Proficient in software tools required for subject and sale mapping and technology used in the appraisal process. Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment whilemaintainingan acceptable level of accuracy. Oralandwrittencommunicationskills,sufficienttoexchangeinformationeffectivelywithpeersandleaders. Knowledgeofclientserviceprinciplesandpractices. Strong mathematical skills. The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
