Urology Physician

Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to provide inpatient consult and call coverage across several affiliated hospitals. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected Level II trauma center within a well-supported system, with dedicated APP support and a defined schedule of block coverage. Assignment Overview Facility: Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina Start Date: ASAP (estimated credentialing: 90 days) End Date: Ongoing Practice Setting: Hospital-based with both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities EMR: Epic Trauma Level: II Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS Schedule Details Dedicated block time: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Coverage dates currently needed: 12/29/25 (7a 7a) 24-hour call (FMC, MPH, CMC & KMC) Or partial shift 7a 7p accepted 1/2/26 (7a) 1/3/26 (7a) 24-hour call 1/12 1/15/26 (7a 7p daily) 1/16 (7a) 1/19/26 (7a) 24-hour weekend call 1/19 1/23/26 (7a 7p daily) 1/23 (7a) 1/26/26 (7a) 24-hour weekend call 1/26 1/30/26 (7a 7p daily) 1/30 (7a) 2/2/26 (7a) 24-hour weekend call 2/2 2/6/26 (7a 7p daily) 2/6 (7a) 2/9/26 (7a) 24-hour weekend call Future ongoing coverage expected beyond February 2026.
