Free-standing, modern outpatient clinics Serve a military beneficiary population in a meaningful care environment Schedule & Practice Options Urgent Care Clinic Monday Saturday, 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (Saturday until 2:00 PM) Flexible schedules with 12-hour or shorter shifts Full-time and part-time options available Average 2 patients per hour 2 providers scheduled in the morning; 1 in the afternoon Primary Care Clinic Traditional outpatient care model Continuity-focused environment Similar schedule and patient volumes as above Both settings offer: No inpatient or call requirements Team-oriented practice culture Stable federal-affiliated environment Requirements Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Minimum 2 years of post-residency clinical experience Any U.S. state medical license accepted Eligible for federal affiliation credentialing Compensation & Employment Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits Employment through the clinic s management group (not a contractor role)
