Join Our Team as a Hematology/Oncology Physician and Make a Difference in Patient Care We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide exceptional inpatient oncology and hematology services within a leading healthcare system. Required Skills: Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology (Triple Boarded) Valid Minnesota medical license or IMLC accepted DEA certification BLS certification Proven experience in malignant hematology and medical oncology Ability to perform specialized procedures in hematology Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Competency with Epic EMR system Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience Ability to support inpatient care and take call as needed Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in hospital-based oncology and hematology Experience with infusion therapies Familiarity with hospital-based supportive care and multidisciplinary teams Ability to handle high patient volumes (30-40 patients per day) Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Triple-board certification in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology At least 2 years of recent inpatient oncology/hematology practice Prior experience with hospital privileges and credentialing processes Other Requirements: Valid MN medical license or IMLC submission for credentialing Ability to obtain emergency privileges within approximately 90 days Availability for scheduled hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-call duties Support from Advanced Practice Providers during daytime and weekdays; coverage during weekends and on-call hours Willingness to work at Abbott Northwestern, Allina Health Cancer Institute, and potentially at United Hospital and Cambridge Medical Center Ability to support a high patient load with shared caseload management Compensation: $463.13 per hour Enjoy comprehensive benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), robust referral bonus programs, paid sick time, and travel or licensure reimbursements as applicable.
