Location: North Alabama Hospital, AL Specialty: Urology Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing (long-term vacancy) Assignment Overview North Alabama Hospital, a Level 3 Trauma Center within the LifePoint Health system, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist to provide locum tenens coverage. This is an ongoing vacancy while the facility conducts a permanent search. The role requires both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities with hospital/surgery center privileges. Practice Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient Daily Census: 20 patients per shift Beds in Department: 3 Rounding: Both inpatient and clinic required EMR Systems: Athena & Meditech Credentialing: 30 days (temporary privileges available) License Requirement: Active AL license or IMLC- IPL will help with AL licensure.
