Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple disciplines. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both established and new clients. Develop and implement sales strategies for services. Mentor and develop a team of talented engineering professionals. Ensure technical excellence in advanced treatment facilities and process engineering. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Environmental Engineering or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in process engineering and consulting. Demonstrated success in delivering water and wastewater treatment projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Deep technical knowledge of advanced treatment processes and facility design. Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate and communicate with and garner support from key stakeholders and staff. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical reports and procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and other business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Why GAI?
