AGE Solutions is looking for a Senior Network Infrastructure Operations Manager (RCDD Required) to join our team in support of our DoD customer to lead the design, operation, and protection of mission-critical communications environments. We are seeking a highly experienced RCDD-certified professional to manage secure technology control facilities supporting high-visibility missions. This role is ideal for an infrastructure leader with deep experience in secure communications, regulated environments, and technical team leadership. Responsibilities Include: Maintain the operational readiness of secure communications and technology control facilities Lead and supervise technical teams supporting mission-critical network and crypto transmission systems Oversee infrastructure including switches, encryption technologies, network operations consoles, and circuits Direct Tier 2 Tech Control / Helpdesk operations, including incident response and service restoration Coordinate troubleshooting, restoration, and reporting to ensure uninterrupted operations Communicate clearly and effectively with senior and executive leadership Apply IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices across incident, change, problem, and configuration management Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Required Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field Required Certification(s): Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification Required Experience: 5+ years of experience managing and/or operating secure or regulated technology environments Required Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret clearance; SCI eligible Required Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrated experience maintaining secure facilities and controlled communications infrastructure Proven ability to lead technical teams in environments similar in size and complexity Strong written and verbal communication skills Compensation: $130,000+ At AGE Solutions, we reward performance, invest in growth, and share success.
