Customer Service Representative

Location: Onsite | Monday–Friday Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible start time after training) Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour Duration: March 10, 2026 – End of June 2026 (tentative) Openings: 3 About the Role We are partnering with a client who is seeking three temporary Customer Service Representatives to support their team through the end of June (with the possibility that work could conclude earlier depending on business needs). These roles are ideal for candidates with hands-on experience using case/ticket management systems in a customer service environment. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will support customer-facing operations by: Processing scholarship applications accurately and efficiently Managing customer service cases through a ticketing/case management system Responding to customer inquiries via email Handling call-back phone calls, with potential for live phone calls based on aptitude and program needs Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation within the system Required Experience Prior customer service experience using a ticketing or case management platform, such as: ServiceNow (preferred) Salesforce NetSuite Microsoft Dynamics Experience must be on the customer service / case management side of these systems Financial reporting experience is not required Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment Work Environment & Schedule 100% onsite, Monday through Friday Standard hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Arrival time becomes more flexible once the training period is complete Compensation $20–$25/hour, based on experience Additional Details This is a temporary position with a projected end date of late June There is a possibility the assignment could end sooner depending on workload
