Start Date: ASAP End Date: After 6 months Scheduled Clinic Hours plus No Call EMR System: Epic Setting: Clinic PPD/Census: Estimated: Estimated 24-26 Patients per day 15 Minute appointments but also built in time for documenting/catch up each 4 hour block
