Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Duration: 26 weeks 12 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract Position Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery provides comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care to obstetric patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and the immediate postpartum period. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to respond effectively in high-acuity situations, and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe maternal and neonatal outcomes. This PRN position requires availability for 2–3 shifts per month to support high-volume periods. Additional full-time hours may be offered during peak census weeks.
