Urology Physician

Facility: This comprehensive medical center provides specialized urology services to the community with a well-established clinic and surgical program. The facility features advanced medical technology including EPIC EMR systems and is supported by dedicated nursing staff including 3 RNs and 1 CNA to ensure optimal patient care. Opportunity: Physician - Urology Job Details: • Provide comprehensive urology coverage for both clinic and call duties • Manage 15-20 patients scheduled per day in the clinic setting • Perform 2-3 in-clinic procedures daily including cystoscopy and cystoscopy with dilation • Handle 3-4 scheduled and emergent surgical cases on surgery days • Conduct patient rounding during the week for post-operative patients and inpatient consults • Manage 1-3 patients daily during call coverage • Average callback hours range from 1-5 hours • Provide weekend call and night call coverage as needed • Work alongside permanent provider to assist with call and clinic responsibilities • North Dakota medical license highly preferred • Board Certified in Urology preferred, Board Eligible accepted if within 5 years of residency • Case logs required for review at presentation and offer • 90-day credentialing timeframe with completed application and supplemental documentation required • Self-Query NPDB report mandatory within 30 days of presentation Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
