ENT services are a priority in the region due to increasing demand and a shortage of available providers. Currently, there are limited in-network ENT providers, leading to long wait times and a significant number of referrals being sent to external providers. As part of a strategic plan to grow ENT services, the health system is looking to expand the ENT team. The successful candidate will join an existing provider with the goal of growing the team to three ENT providers over the next three years to meet increasing patient demand.
