Otolaryngology Physician

ENT (Otolaryngologist) - Manhattan, NY Job Type: Full-time Shifts: Days Open to Working Across Multiple Locations Position Overview: We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible ENT (Otolaryngologist) to join our expanding team. The physician will provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for adult and pediatric patients across multiple locations. Chinese-speaking candidates are strongly preferred, as the majority of our patients are Chinese-speaking. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck Perform medical and surgical procedures, including: Endoscopic sinus surgery Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy Head and neck procedures Manage hearing, balance, voice, swallowing, allergy, and sleep disorders Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests (audiograms, imaging, endoscopy) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide pre- and post-operative patient care Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of Otolaryngology residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology Active New York medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA certification (if applicable) Strong clinical and surgical skills Chinese-speaking preferred Benefits: Productivity incentives H1B Visa Sponsorship (for qualified candidates) Flexible scheduling Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Malpractice coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) CME Allowance Retirement Plan Options
