Radiology - Interventional Physician

Specialty: Diagnostic Radiology Pay Rate: $400/hr + travel reimbursement Location: Onsite Inpatient & Outpatient Settings EMR System: EPIC Start Date: As soon as credentialed Length of Need: Ongoing Practice Overview We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Radiologist to provide gap coverage for both inpatient and outpatient services. This is a locum tenens opportunity with flexible scheduling, ideal for a radiologist who can commit 1 2 weeks per month. You will be supported by physician assistants and radiology technologists. Responsibilities Interpret general radiology cases and perform fluoroscopy procedures. Provide emergency/stat reads as needed. Perform procedures including epidurals, arthrograms, hip injections, and myelograms (average of 5 cases per day). Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC. Schedule Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (8-hour workday with 1-hour unpaid lunch) Onsite coverage required 1 2 weeks per month, with full-week coverage preferred Qualifications Board Certified (BC) or Truly Board Eligible (BE) in Diagnostic Radiology Active state license or eligibility through Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) Vaccination requirements: COVID-19 and Influenza Minimum commitment: 1 2 weeks per month Additional Information Credentialing timeframe: 60+ days Opportunity provides exposure to a mix of inpatient and outpatient cases Support staff available: Physician Assistants, Technologists Travel reimbursement provided This is an excellent opportunity for a radiologist seeking flexible locum coverage with competitive pay and robust procedural experience.
