Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Now Hiring: Home Health RN – 8–13 Week Contract | 5×8 Days | Houston/Baytown Region Position: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Region: Central – Baytown area (30–40 mile radius) Contract Length: 8–13 weeks Shift: 5×8 Days | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri) (Traveler may work weekends/holidays if needed for patient care, with supervisor approval) Hours Guaranteed: 40 hours/week Mileage: GSA Max Setting: Outpatient Assisted Living Facilities (~20% of visits) Housing: Not provided (candidates must check housing options before submission) Scrubs: Clean, professional; closed‑toe shoes; minimal facial jewelry (small nose stud earrings only) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a contract covering the Baytown/Central region.
