Position Title: Senior Manager, Inventory Accuracy Department: Distribution Reports To: Sr. Director of Distribution Work Location: Olive Branch, MS Position Summary: At Highridge Medical, inventory accuracy is not an administrative activity - it is a critical operational discipline that directly impacts sales agent confidence, patient care, and company performance. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Inventory Accuracy & Excellence to lead the execution and continuous elevation of inventory standards across our field and warehouse network. This leader will establish a culture where precision, accountability, and disciplined execution are the expectation. From Day 1, this role will strengthen confidence in our inventory data, improve operational reliability, and ensure implants and instruments are available exactly when and where they are needed. The ideal candidate brings a relentless focus on accuracy, strong operational leadership, and a commitment to building systems and teams that perform at consistently high levels. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Lead planning and execution of physical inventory counts across field locations, consignment sites, and company distribution facilities with an emphasis on precision, consistency, and accountability. Establish and enforce standardized counting methodologies designed to produce highly reliable and auditable results. Ensure reconciliation of physical counts to ERP/system records with disciplined investigation, root-cause analysis, and timely resolution of discrepancies. Set clear accuracy expectations and performance standards for the inventory function, driving continuous improvement toward best-in-class performance Partner with Sales, Field Operations, and Finance teams to coordinate inventory activities professionally and with minimal disruption to Agent and Hospital Partners. Identify systemic sources of error or process breakdown and implement corrective actions that strengthen operational rigor Establish cycle count programs, audit schedules, and reporting frameworks that reinforce accountability and transparency. Develop and track KPIs focused on accuracy, reconciliation timeliness and loss reduction. Serve as operational lead for initiatives that improve inventory visibility, data integrity, and process discipline Additional Responsibilities: Build and develop a high-performing inventory operations team known for professionalism, precision, and execution excellence. Improve current processes and workflows to reduce variability, eliminate avoidable discrepancies, and improve confidence in inventory data. Support Finance and Quality teams in maintaining audit readiness and documentation that withstands internal and external scrutiny. Develop strong working relationships with field leadership to reinforce shared accountability for asset stewardship and operational discipline. Provide analytical insight into inventory trends, utilization patterns, and opportunities to elevate operational performance. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing stakeholder concerns; and resolving operational issues in a collaborative, results-oriented environment. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant operational or supply chain experience (Senior Manager typically 8-12+ years) Experience leading distributed teams, multi-site programs, or field-based operations strongly preferred Experience in medical device, orthopedic, or regulated healthcare environments preferred Job Prerequisites: Collaborative leader with strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across Sales, Operations, and Finance teams Demonstrated commitment to operational rigor, accountability, and execution discipline Strong analytical capability and comfort working with ERP systems and inventory reporting tools Ability to organize and direct multiple initiatives simultaneously in a geographically dispersed environment Willingness to travel regularly to hospitals, field sites, and warehouses Personal standard for accuracy, follow-through, and continuous improvement aligned with a culture of operational excellence Mental Requirements Effective written and oral communication skills Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Demonstrates strong time management and prioritization capability Uses logic and reasoning to identify solutions to operational problems Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop others toward high performance standards
