This role supports KUB's facilities by overseeing operational service contracts across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural, landscaping, janitorial, environmental, and safety areas. You'll collaborate closely with KUB personnel and contractors through planning, design, renovations, construction, maintenance, and ongoing facility operations. Responsibilities include evaluating and improving service contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet specifications, monitoring building systems for efficiency, managing leases and tenant improvements, and assisting with operations and maintenance and capital budgets. Qualifications Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and / or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Physical demands for a specific position within this classification may vary and / or exceed those demands described above. Must be able to climb steps.
