Production Associate Primary Responsibilities General understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements and departmental procedures. Operate or assist with machinery such as, but not limited to, the Molding, Lamination, and Block Cutting equipment. Verify equipment set-up throughout the process; operate and power down manufacturing equipment. Verify order information and produces part(s) with the correct material, density, weight, size, and/or shape within quality tolerance to meet specific job requirements while meeting productivity standards. Bundle, wrap, stack, label, and load materials per production instructions. Production Associate Experience Prior experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment helpful. Production Associate Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to write and speak English for safety and quality purposes. Knowledge of, or ability to learn and use simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools such as a tape measure. Production Associate Education, Licenses & Certifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
