Position Overview This role involves in-house Neonatologist coverage across day, night, and 24-hour shifts. Multiple shift options available for both weekdays and weekends, offering flexibility and continuity. Shift Options Include: Weekdays: 8am 4pm (Day) 3pm 9am (Night) 24-hour combined coverage Weekends: Fri 3pm Sat 9am Sat 9am Sun 9am Sun 9am Mon 9am Clinical Environment Average daily census: 14 babies Coverage model: Solo in-house Neonatologist No ECMO management required Procedures: Confirming requirements; moderate sedation exam available if interested Level IV NICU experience required Submission Requirements To be considered, candidates must provide the following at the time of name clear: Board Certified in Neonatology Active CA Medical License Recent neonatal caseload/experience within the last 12 months Prior experience in a Level IV NICU Completed Prescreen Questionnaire (required form) CV in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained Rates must follow the outlined tier structure (do not include in submission messages)
