Job post summary Date posted: January 19, 2026 Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Job description: JOB SUMMARY AGSE is seeking an Associate Director of Projects and Growth Initiatives to drive and ensure the successful implementation of strategic projects. This hands-on role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact by leading projects, fostering innovation, and achieving business goals established by the COO. This is a hands-on role requiring personal attention to meeting timelines for global growth initiatives. Cross value stream JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Global Growth Project Initiatives: a) Serve as a strategic advisor and support team members to the COO on global expansion, including, but not limited to, entity formations, entity registrations, and related treasury relationship establishments. b) Global Entity Corporate Maintenance for the entire business enterprise that may include up to 30 entities. c) Support initiatives and projects related to manufacturing expansion in Europe and service centers globally. 2. Merger and Acquisition and Joint Venture: a) Merger and Acquisition support efforts, including lead generation, interfacing with brokers, PE firms, support functions with IOI and LOI, SPA or APA, and due diligence. b) Support functions and projects related to joint venture arrangements. 3. Special Projects / Cross-Value Stream / Operational Efficiency Initiatives: a) Support the COO and executive management team on oversight of cross-value stream projects, including updates on ERP implementation, supply chain arrangements, and operational efficiency initiatives. b) Perform cost estimates, budget control, and critical path scheduling. c) Identify and provide potential resolutions to problems, project changes, and resource constraints, escalating to senior management as necessary. d) Communicate planning project status, issues, and risks to the executive team to maintain clear visibility and roadmap to delivery timelines. e) Partner with all stakeholders to ensure seamless cross-functional execution. f) Supporting any projects as may be established. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 7+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting, finance, or operational roles, including at least 2 years in a project management role. Strong background in cross functional corporate and operational environment. Ability to operate without any direct reports. This is a hands-on role. Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Proficiency with financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, Excel, Power BI tools) Travel requirements, both domestic and internationally, up to 8%. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 1. Masters degree / MBA. 2. Cross-functional experience, corporate, operations, and M&A. 3. Familiarity with international operations, trade compliance, or multi-entity reporting and corporate formation structures. 4. Experience with the manufacturing industry and continuous improvement initiatives. 5. Prior Experience with Epicor ERP software. Job Type: Full-Time Employment Pay: Base Salary $150,000-$160,000 per year, discretionary bonus up to 15% of base. The Total Compensation package, including the discretionary bonus program, can be up to $184,000. This role is considered exempt and an “ONSITE” role only.
