Hospitalist Physician

Location: Lassen County, CA; Critical Access Hospital Start Date: March 22 (orientation) afternoon start; With patients: March 23 End Date: March 26 Schedule: 24/7 Call Coverage (usually 12+ hour shift + night call); Includes admits and rounding; checkins with ED staff in late evening; Shifts are 12pm-12pm but last day handoff can be between 12pm and 3pm. Requirements: Active, unrestricted CA license Active DEA Board Certified, No New Grads 2 Years of Experience Clean background/malpractice/NPDB AHA: ACLS, PALS Procedures: Emergent intubations, vent management, central lines Must be able to cover the entire shift Portfolio of Documents, including: CV, Board Certification, CA License, DEA License, Diplomas, Proof of Residency, DL, AHA Certs, Vaccine/Immunization records, and any other requested documents must be submitted within 24 hours of being requested. Credentialing takes 30-45 days, so everything must be submitted immediately upon agreement to be presented.
