Orthopedics Physician Assistant

Well-established Total Joints Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon seeks to add another Orthopedic Physician Assistant to the team. This position is a combination of the Clinic and the OR. The group has a state-of-the-art facility with EMR, MRI, PT, Digital X-ray and ASC. The Physician Assistant would run their own orthopedic clinic. Very busy case load of total hips and knees including complex revisions. Responsibilities include: H&P s, patient evaluation and education, first assist, review lab results, write scripts, treat basic fractures, joint injection and aspiration, hospital rounds and some call (paid extra) within a clinic and hospital setting. Physician Assistants must have some orthopedic experience. The location is in an upscale suburb of Phoenix. The Physician Assistant will enjoy year-round outdoor living, solid schools and all the amenities of a great city. Compensation: Excellent compensation including production bonus plan.
