Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking NNPs to join our Denver based team 157bed acute-care hospital in the HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge Medical Center, serving the north Denver-metro area. Level II NICU with delivery service and 24 hour Neo available by phone and in-person Provide primary and consultative neonatal care, especially in the NICU. Participate in high-risk deliveries alongside physicians. Manage admissions, rounds, and ongoing care for ill or premature newborns. Perform neonatal procedures: resuscitation, line placements, ventilator support. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team-including neonatologists, nurses, therapists, and lactation consultants. Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing with NNP specialization, or eligible. Active or ability to obtain Colorado APRN license. Comfortable with 24-hour in-house or hybrid shift schedules. Experience in Level II/III NICU preferred Benefits and Compensation Salary: $130K-$182K per year based on years of experience for a 1.0 FTE position of 2,080 annual hours.
