We are seeking an Account Operations Specialist to support wholesale account execution within a fast-paced ecommerce and retail environment. This contract role sits at the center of customer service, supply chain, and order management - ensuring products move accurately and on time. What You'll Do: Manage wholesale customer orders from entry through delivery Monitor service levels and performance metrics Partner cross-functionally with sales, distribution, and transportation teams Analyze order data using Excel Resolve operational issues that impact customers Support account planning and execution What You Bring: 2-4 years in supply chain, operations, or order management Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data reconciliation) Strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Experience working cross-functionally Nice to Have: Experience with SAP or a similar ERP Experience with a large retail or apparel brand Wholesale account support experience The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.80 to $32/hr. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
