Settlement Coordinator (Analyst)

Summary: The Settlement Coordinator reports directly to the Cash Forecasting Operations Manager. The Settlement Coordinator is responsible for researching ATM cash balances, managing all Bank emails and requests, processing daily Bank settlement reports, in addition to other priority workload. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry Research ATM cash balances Prioritize workload in order to avoid customer service issues Create and prepare reports as needed Manage all Bank emails and request Process daily Bank settlement reports Correct settlement import inaccuracies Balance ATM's and document daily progress Requirements Qualifications, Knowledge, and Abilities: Minimum Associates Degree or equivalent work experience required Proficient in MS Office with experience using Word and Excel Excellent analytical skills Excellent verbal and writing communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Self-starter who can take ownership of all assignments given Ability to perform basic analysis and calculate key metrics Must be able to work overtime and weekends including Holidays Strong attention to detail Must be able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
