Location:Los Angeles, CA (Rancho Dominguez area) Schedule:Monday"Friday, 8am"5pm (no nights, weekends, or call) Compensation:$265,000"$305,000 base salary + up to $75,000 sign-on/bonus potential + monthly incentives + director stipend The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated physician leader to serve asClinic Medical Directorat an established outpatient/urgent care center in Los Angeles. This role offers the ideal mix ofdirect patient careandclinical leadership,allowing you to guide a multidisciplinary team while maintaining strong hands-on practice. Youll oversee daily operations, mentor clinicians, and ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality care"backed by strong support and resources. Compensation & Benefits Base salary:$265K"$305K (plus monthly incentives & center stipend) Bonus potential:Up to $75,000 for qualified candidates Time off:24 PTO days, 5 CME days, 6 paid holidays, plus sick leave Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with employer match Claims-based malpractice coverage (with tail) Relocation support available CME allowance & tuition reimbursement Leadership training and advancement opportunities Responsibilities Provide direct patient care while leading by example Mentor and supervise clinicians and staff to ensure high performance Oversee operational quality, compliance, and patient safety Monitor clinic performance metrics and drive process improvements Collaborate with specialists, therapists, and leadership teams for optimal outcomes Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and community partners Qualifications MD or DO, graduate of an accredited medical program Active and unrestricted CA medical license DEA license required prior to start Board Certification (Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or Urgent Care-related specialty) preferred 5+ years of experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, or emergency medicine Leadership and supervisory experience strongly preferred
