Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals is currently working with a local Property Management company in need of an experienced Maintenance Technician for a downtown location! The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of all residential units and common areas within the building. Part time position with flexible hours. Duties & Responsibilities: Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner Conduct preventative maintenance to avoid system failures and costly repairs. Communicate with residents regarding maintenance issues and timelines. Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and trash management as necessary. Respond to emergency maintenance calls after hours as needed Skills & Experience: 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a residential or multi-family setting.
