Job Description Job Title: Business Development Manager / Global Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding Locations: Chicago (ORD) Compensation: Base salary negotiable for the right candidate + commission opportunity Overview: We are seeking driven, hunter-style Business Development professionals to support a new client partnership with a global freight forwarder. This role focuses on winning new business, building a book of clients, and selling international air and ocean freight along with end-to-end supply chain solutions. Responsibilities: Prospect, develop, and close new freight forwarding business Build and manage a strong pipeline of import/export clients Sell international air, ocean, and logistics services Develop long-term customer relationships and grow accounts Meet and exceed revenue and margin targets Requirements Proven experience in freight forwarding or international logistics sales Strong hunter mentality with new business development success Knowledge of air/ocean freight and global trade operations
