Associa is currently looking for a Gatehouse Attendant to join our team in Marana, AZ. As a Gatehouse Attendant, you will generally assist with providing guests with information and directions What We Offer? Compensation: $15.15 hourly rate; direct experience is highly considered. Schedule: Thursday - Sunday, 6:00 am - 1:00 pm How Our Employees Make an Impact: Our Gatehouse Attendants make a significant impact through the work they do, such as: Respond to alarms and emergency situations. Make periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment. Greet incoming guests and tenants, providing information regarding the site and surrounding area as requested by visitors. Guard and monitor premises to prevent theft, property destruction, violence, or rule and safety violations. Perform fire prevention, safety, and maintenance tasks, and parking/traffic enforcement. Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level. Professional customer service skills. Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player. Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level. Time management and time-critical prioritization skills.
