The Business Analyst / Project Manager at Hibbert plays a critical role in launching and expanding client business initiatives. This position blends business analysis, project management, and technology leadership, ensuring that new and expanding client programs are successfully delivered from concept through execution. This role acts as a central point of coordination across clients, internal technology teams, vendors, and operations-owning requirements, timelines, budgets, and IT enablement to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions that align with client objectives and Hibbert's service standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: Client & Business Analysis Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand new or expansion business opportunities, business goals, and operational requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technology, data, and operational teams. Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, advising on process design, system capabilities, and implementation approach. Participate in client presentations, solution discussions, and business reviews as needed. Project & Program Management Lead cross-functional projects from discovery through implementation and transition, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and budget. Own project planning, scheduling, risk management, cost tracking, and status reporting. Coordinate work across IT, data, production, account management, and external vendors. Ensure successful handoff and transition to Account and Operations teams post-implementation. Technology & IT Enablement Lead and coordinate IT setup and system enablement for new client programs or business expansions. Partner with internal development teams to review business requirements, participate in design reviews, and recommend enhancements. Ensure systems, data flows, integrations, and reporting are properly designed, tested, and documented. Support ongoing evolution of Hibbert's technology and data platforms by identifying gaps and recommending improvements. Process, Quality & Governance Develop and follow standard processes, documentation, and quality control checklists. Ensure adherence to data integrity, security, and quality standards. Support compliance with internal policies, ISO standards, and client requirements. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability. All other duties/ responsibilities as deemed appropriate by management. SKILLS: Strong business analysis and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience leading cross-functional, technology-enabled projects. Solid understanding of systems implementation, data flows, and operational processes. Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies, including the ability to evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions (such as automation, analytics, and decision-support tools) to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and client outcomes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, JIRA. Experience working with relational databases, data schemas, and SQL for analysis and reporting. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and quality. Ability to balance client needs with internal operational realities. Comfortable presenting solutions and supporting pre-sales or expansion discussions. QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar client-facing delivery role. Experience supporting new business launches, system implementations, or operational expansions. Background in technology-enabled services, data-driven solutions, or consulting environments strongly preferred. Additional Information: Learning curve: approximately 3-6 months. Physical requirements: moderate lifting up to 40 lbs as needed. This role requires flexibility, ownership, and a strong commitment to quality and client success.
