IT Procurement and Onboarding Specialist

Spherion is looking for an energetic IT Procurement and Onboarding Specialist to join a world class fitness technology team in Cottage Grove! In this high impact role, you will be the go-to person for equipment lifecycle management and vendor relations, making a real difference in the employee experience from the moment they join the company. Role Highlights: - Pay range: $70,000 - $85,000 - Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Role type: Direct Hire Location: 100% onsite in Cottage Grove, WI - Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k What You'll Do: - Own the end-to-end procurement process for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and software licenses - Coordinate the IT onboarding and offboarding process to ensure employees have the tools they need to be productive - Manage inventory accuracy and oversee backstock levels for all IT hardware - Partner with Finance and Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are correctly coded and submitted on time - Collaborate with cellular providers and vendors to negotiate contracts and manage service plans - Support the IT Help Desk with hardware replacements and logistics coordination - Track the lifecycle of assets from purchase and deployment to retirement or redeployment What You'll Bring: - Associate degree in a computer-related field or equivalent professional experience - 5 or more years of experience in IT hardware procurement or asset management - Strong understanding of IT hardware lifecycles and mobile device management - Proven ability to manage high transaction volumes with exceptional accuracy - Experience with financial systems like Concur for expense and invoice processing is a plus - Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 pounds Responsibilities: See above Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: See above Education: Associate Experience: 4-7 years Qualifications: See above If this opportunity aligns with what you're looking for, send in your application.
