Assembly Team Lead

Job Full Description Assembly Team Lead Our client in Saline is looking for an Assembly Team Lead to join their team. What you'll be doing as a Assembly Team Lead Lead and move between teams of 5-12 associates, assigning daily duties, coaching performance, and filling in vacant roles as needed to maintain workflow. Monitor multiple cells to ensure daily goals are met, performing regular line audits to ensure production targets are achieved by the end of each week. Execute technical inspections (gauge checks, green tags) and complete critical documentation, including Start-Up, First Piece, and Last Piece checks. Conduct daily safety audits to ensure PPE compliance and alert the Production Supervisor immediately to initiate safety or quality Stand-Downs.
