Line Assembly Pipeline

Our client, toy manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Line Assembly to join their team. As a Line Assembly, you will be part of the production department supporting the toy manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Line Assembly Location: Fort Worth, TX Pay Range: $15 Shift: 6AM - 4:30PMWhat's the Job? Assemble toys and toy components according to production specifications and work instructions. Operate light machinery, hand tools, and automated equipment used in toy assembly. Inspect parts and finished products for defects or inconsistencies. Ensure all toys meet safety and quality standards set by the company and regulatory bodies. Package finished toys with care, including labeling and organizing for shipment. What's Needed? Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to follow detailed instructions and diagrams. Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. What's in it for me?
