Quality Staff / Quality Engineer

Job Category Engineer Location Lexington, KY Salary Range $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 Responsibilities: Manage quality control for automotive accessory parts (illumination components, plastic molded parts, sewn products, etc.) Monitor and improve supplier production quality and processes Communicate and coordinate with customers and internal sales teams Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Prepare and submit problem-solving and corrective action reports (e.g., 8D) to internal teams and customers Support PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation when required Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of quality experience in the automotive industry or plastic injection molding manufacturing Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams Understanding of problem-solving methodologies (5Why, 8D report, etc.) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and accountability Team-oriented and comfortable handling detailed tasks Work Environment: Full-time position, 5 days per week, fully onsite Work will be conducted in both office and warehouse settings
