Job Description Field Service Technician - Pump Systems Location: Missouri / Illinois Schedule: Full-time Overview A long-established pump sales and service company is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair pump systems for industrial and municipal customers. This is a hands-on, field-based role. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair pumps, motors, valves, and related equipment Perform on-site troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues Install new equipment and support system upgrades Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency service Complete service documentation and communicate with customers Qualifications 3+ years of pump service or industrial mechanical experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Basic electrical knowledge (motors, controls; VFDs a plus) Ability to work independently and travel regionally Valid driver’s license Preferred Municipal or industrial pump experience Multi-manufacturer pump knowledge What’s Offered Competitive pay ($65,000) with 401k and benefits Company service vehicle and tools Stable, long-term opportunity with an established organization If you would like to learn more about additional opportunities, contact JR Erickson directly by phone at (612) 446-5368.
