Minimum Experience: 2 years; 1st Timers are accepted Patient Population: Neonates, Adults, Geriatrics Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, RRT or minimum of CRTT (CRT must have critical care skills/experience along with 5 years or greater experience as a therapist) General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Required Skills include ABG Interpretation, CPAP/Nasal CPAP/BiPAP, Flow-by, Troubleshooting high pressure alarms, weaning from mechanical ventilation, trach collar, high flow nasal cannula, airway management Ratio / Census: Not specified Department Systems: Epic (Required), Pyxis Scrub Color: Pewter gray RTO: MAX 7 days Weekends: Every other weekend unless specified elsewhere Floating: Yes, within facility/scope of practice as needed and possibly to additional campus (Piedmont Augusta Summerville - 3 miles down the road) Call Requirements: None Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
