Myers Academy (FMYA) is located in Fort Myers, Florida. We are a moderate risk, all-female program, contracted through the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, which offers comprehensive care and treatment, specializing in evidence-based intensive mental health services. The academy offers qualified supervision hours. We are dedicated to providing high-quality care in a serene and supportive environment, designed to promote healing and recovery for individuals facing mental health challenges. With a focus on evidence-based practices, Ft. Myers Academy ensures that each client receives personalized, effective treatment tailored to their specific needs. ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 Day in the Life: The Shift Supervisor is a member of the Site Management Team. Primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living and/or Program Director. Ensures ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State, and Local licensing requirements. This position must have full and direct supervision of a minimum of two full time employees. Participates in Site, Regional and/or company community events as required. Participates as a member of the Immediate Action Team. To be considered you should: Have a master's degree in public/business administration, Behavior Science, Counseling, Secondary Education, Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social/Human Services OR any equivalent combination number of years' experience, education, or training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Military experience and training is acceptable. Three (3) years of experience in a juvenile treatment (Residential, Behavioral, Detention, Corrections, etc.) Related and/or equivalent experience may be substituted with approval.One (1) year supervisory experience.
