Senior QA / QC Manager

Senior QA/QC Manager Location: Tulsa, OK Type: Direct Hire Work Model: Onsite Position Summary The Senior QA/QC Manager leads and directs project quality activities across assigned construction projects. This role supports the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Project Engineer while driving quality processes, ensuring adherence to design requirements, and delivering reliable, maintainable project outcomes. The ideal candidate has Mission Critical or Data Center experience Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform all responsibilities of a QA/QC Manager, plus: Review drawing and specification sets for project pursuits and active projects across multiple regions Serve as a presenter in interviews and business development meetings Conduct field quality inspections Create scopes of work and manage third-party testing and commissioning contracts Train and mentor MEP personnel Lead development of project-level quality programs Support development of company-level best practices and quality initiatives Interface with clients and subject matter experts at the project level Perform other duties as assigned Job Skills & AbilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office applications Familiarity with document control and scheduling software Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic math/accounting aptitude Team-oriented with strong dependability Ability to understand and follow instructions Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications BIM360 experience preferred but not required Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
