You'll provide direct administrative, financial, and contract support to the Construction Management team. Core Responsibilities Provide direct contract and administrative support to Construction Project Managers. Process and track RFIs, submittals, correspondence, and contract documentation. Maintain organized project files and document control systems. Prepare and review monthly contractor pay estimates and supporting documentation. Track project costs, maintain budget logs, and assist with financial reporting. Log and monitor change orders and support contract modifications. Prepare meeting minutes and maintain action item tracking. Monitor compliance documentation, including certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements. Support overall construction management operations as needed. You'll thrive here if you have Minimum 2 years of experience in construction contract administration, project coordination, or public works support. Experience supporting capital construction or infrastructure projects preferred. Associate's degree in construction management, business, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems. Experience with federally funded construction projects preferred. Working knowledge of prevailing wage compliance and certified payroll review preferred. Familiarity with force account documentation and change order processing preferred. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously Understanding of public works contract structure Financial and analytical skills related to construction payment review Strong written communication (meeting minutes, formal documentation) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required; experience with project management software preferred) Hybrid work option with occasional in-person meetings in client office.
