Description The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is hiring a Lead Scheduling & Banner Services Coordinator to join our Academic Affairs division assisting Colorado Online. We are looking for a critical thinker who can communicate effectively and efficiently with stakeholders across the system. As the Lead Scheduling & Banner Services Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for Colorado Online Consortium members across CCCS for issues related to schedule policies, procedures, and guidelines. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring Colorado Online course sections are accurately listed in Ellucian Banner and work closely with the college and system schedulers to ensure compliance with CCCS and individual college registration practices and procedures. You will answer questions from Registrars, college schedulers, Colorado Online Student Success Liaisons, faculty, instructors, administrators, and other stakeholders to provide expert advice on the management of Colorado Online course sections and related policies. Examples of DutiesOversees, ensures for accuracy, and maintains Colorado Online course offerings in Banner databases at 13 partner colleges. This includes the support of building new online courses and adding and deleting online courses as needed system wide, as well as uploading and maintaining catalog information and course inventory. Works with partner college Student Services personnel answering questions regarding Banner issues, providing accurate and timely information so students are given the best possible support. May provide training sessions on Colorado Online procedures to internal and external constituents as needed. Will act as the primary public face of the scheduling team for meetings and presentations across the system. In collaboration with the Colorado Online Director of Consortial Student Affairs, manages the Colorado Online enrollment and section distribution process. Coordinates with the CCCS college schedulers to ensure appropriate faculty/instructor assignments and serves as the primary point of contact for issues related to the building of online course sections in Banner, course or enrollment status, student registration, troubleshooting registration, section assignments, technical support, and providing accurate and timely information. May triage and delegate tasks as needed across the scheduling team to ensure enrollment and scheduling needs are met. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree. An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the degree. Two years of experience in higher education or distance education that includes working with enrollment and/or student services. Experience with learning management and student information systems. Work Location/Travel Expectations: This position is located at CCCS System Office: 9026 E. Severn Place, Denver, CO 80230. Occasional in-state travel to partner college campuses may be required.
