CTG is seeking to fill a Workday HCM & Compensation Consultant position for our client.Location: Conshohocken, PA / Remote Duration: 6 months Key Responsibilities: Configure Workday HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting modules. Design, create, and update Job Profiles at scale (EIB, Job Catalogs, Worker Profiles). Implement Compensation and bonus plans with eligibility rules, grades, and ranges. Conduct audits, gap analysis, and optimize HR processes and data integrity. Support Job Architecture initiatives and ensure alignment across Job Levels and Classifications. Troubleshoot complex system issues, deploy updates, and maintain Workday security standards. Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external auditors for compliance and accurate data management. Required Skills & Expertise: Deep experience with Workday HCM Job Architecture and Compensation modules. Familiarity with Workday Skills Cloud and Workday Recruiting. Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience: 6+ years in HRIS/Workday configuration and implementation. Prior experience in Job Architecture and enterprise Compensation projects. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Why This Role: Lead impactful Workday HCM projects. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
