Job Full Description Welder Urgently looking for 4 experienced welders!! $18+ per hour 5am-3pm Springville, Utah. Preferred Experience / Skills Minimum of 2 years of GTAW welding experience. Willing to learn to machine. A high school diploma or GED TIG, MIG and stick welding experience required Must be able to pass welding skills demonstration Able to use precision measuring instruments Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings Able to define, evaluate, and discuss quality workmanship related to welding Ability to fabricate metal components and fixtures Must show a customer-service mindset for on-time delivery and quality work Must be able to explain processes and problems clearly so as to resolve problems in a group Demonstrated track record of reliable, dependable attendance; able to work overtime and weekends as required with little to short notice Previous weld certification(s) in corrosive resistant and heat resistant ferrous alloys, nickel-base alloys, cobalt-base alloys, aluminum alloys, and titanium alloys Benefits Weekly pay Medical, Dental, 401K, Referral bonus Overtime Evaluation hire call or text (801)900-6268 to schedule an interview Role Summary Plan and lay out work from blueprints and manufacturers' specification sheets, using shop math and measuring instruments Select the appropriate welding method, such as TIG, MIG or stick using applicable weld procedure Meet production goals relating to efficiency, schedules, and scrap Collaborate with machinists and assemblers on the team to discuss and solve problems relating to repairs and equipment. Will take on machining tasks: manual lathes, CNC.
