Treasury Management Specialist - Waukesha

The QTI Group is partnering with a growing community bank to hire a Treasury Management Specialist in Waukesha to serve the SE Wisconsin market. We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth. You will play a key role in providing innovative treasury solutions to the bank's business banking clients.Responsibilities include: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, delivering top-tier treasury product marketing and technical expertise. Onboard business clients and ensure seamless implementation of treasury management products and services. Support clients with opening business accounts, account inquiries, online banking, ACH, remote deposit capture, and other treasury tools. Collaborate with bankers and internal teams to design and present commercial banking solutions. Create proposals and respond to RFPs to win new business. Partner with bank business development team members to cross-sell treasury products. Qualifications:4+ years in banking customer service 2+ years in business banking or treasury management preferred Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC knowledge Exceptional customer service and attention to detail
