Who we are: Fuse builds innovative communications, networking, and computing solutions that improve the sharing of information, video, text, and voice among operators distributed throughout the airborne, maritime, and ground environments.  We are an technology firm creating in-house software, network and hardware solutions that support our noble cause of advancing warfighter capabilities with elegant, user-focused communications, networks, and software systems.    What you’ll do: Contract Administration Complete contract administration tasks from contract award through contract closeout (including all contract closeout certs and documents) Administer various Government and Commercial agreements and contracts (e.g., FFP, CR, CPFF, T&M, IDIQs, SOWs, Subcontracts, TAs, and POs) Prepare and maintain contract briefs, summarizing contract terms and other key information Maintain up-to-date contract information in ERP (MS Dynamics BC), SharePoint, ShareFile, and government websites as required Reviews and performs periodic audits to ensure the quality and accuracy of contract information within our data sources (ERP, Contract Status Report) Coordinate Contract kick-off meetings Coordinate monthly Financial/Contracts review meetings with each business area Maintain contract status report, performance metrics, and compliance. This includes a contract status report of all contracts, including PoP, TCV, FCV, billed to date, revenue to date, backlog (remaining), and withheld fee (including LOF) Utilize knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations and Prime Contractor flow-down provisions, usage, and applicability FAR/DFAR compliance coordination with Purchasing Support compliance in navigating federal contract bids, agreements, and schedules.  Ensuring our registrations and memberships are current (for example, SAM.gov.) Manage and administer company NDAs NDA Training: Review of process Coordination of information sent out under NDAs Proposal support/coordination: Reps & certs W9s Prime documentation / compliance questionnaires Ensures and monitors contract compliance, including project deliverables and billings submission in working with PMO and Finance (CDRLs) Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR controls, including Technical Assistance Agreements Maintain detailed and organized digital records of all contractual documents Assist with internal contracting policies and procedures Assist with Government property audits, as needed Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential Subcontract & Consultant Administration Coordinate consultant and subcontractor agreements and documentation.  This includes oversight of subcontractor and consultant agreements and compliance Monthly reviews of the Subcontract and Consultant agreements Reps & Certs reviews Annual review of subcontractors and consultants Coordination of task orders Coordination DD254 w/ FSO Review of invoicing Coordination of review of SDRLS w/ PMO Closeouts Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field Minimum 4 years of experience in federal defense contract administration Prior experience at both large and small-to-midsized companies High attention to detail and organizational skills Demonstrated experience proactively responding to federal contracts requirements and tracking contract deliverables Experience with and extensive knowledge of DoD contracts and process with all contract types, including fixed-price, T&M and cost reimbursable  Comprehensive knowledge of the FAR and DFAR’s clauses   U.S. citizenship  Your own unique talents!  If you meet some requirements of this position but not 100% of the qualifications outlined above, tell us why you’d be a great fit for this role based on your specific characteristics that align with our values and goals Must be a nimble self-starter who is excited about technology and has the ability to think out of the box and suggest powerful new ideas Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP Experience with Small Business Innovative Research and Other Transaction Agreement contracts  NCMA Certification in one or more: CPCM, CFCM and/or CPM  Active security clearance  More about Fuse:  Founded in 2010, Fuse is a veteran-owned, rapidly growing small business.
