Order Fulfillment Team Member-Greenhouse Production

Seasonal Greenhouse Order Fulfillment Team Member - Expected to End June 1st We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Seasonal Greenhouse Order Fulfillment Team Member to join our team this spring! As a key part of our greenhouse team, you will work closely with Greenhouse Production Supervisors to fulfill wholesale greenhouse orders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and efficiency are essential. We're seeking candidates who are available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with some weekends and overtime as needed (6 days a week during the month of May). Candidates must be able to start before May 1st. What You'll Do: Process orders by pulling and packaging plant materials from various growing ranges, preparing them for shipping. Work efficiently and accurately from a checklist in a fast-paced environment. Assist with placing, spacing, and hanging plants in the greenhouse, along with other tasks as assigned. Collaborate with team members to ensure all orders are fulfilled on time and with precision. What You'll Need: Attention to detail when handling and packaging plant materials. Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team and follow instructions. Ability to lift 40+ pounds regularly and work in a physically demanding environment. Order fulfillment/Industry knowledge experience preferred but not required Comfortable working in a greenhouse environment, including standing and walking throughout the day. Physical Requirements: Must be able to work in a greenhouse environment and handle varying temperatures. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Candidates must be 18 years of age to apply. Ability to lift 40+ pounds on a regular basis and handle repetitive tasks.
