We are currently accepting applications for Office Manager/QMHP Starting salary at $26 hourly, commensurate with experience Position Summary:The Office Manager / QMHP is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations while providing mental health support and services in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. This dual-role position combines office leadership with direct client support, ensuring efficient office management, quality care, and compliance with behavioral health standards. Key Responsibilities:Office Management: Oversee daily administrative operations of the office. Manage scheduling, correspondence, and office communications. Maintain organized records, files, and documentation. Supervise support staff and coordinate workflow to ensure efficiency. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Assist with budgeting and expense tracking as needed. QMHP Responsibilities: Provide mental health support services to clients as outlined in individual treatment plans. Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and document interventions. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support client care. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to mental health services. Participate in treatment team meetings and case conferences. Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in all interactions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred. QMHP certification/license or eligibility as required by state regulations. Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management and/or behavioral health services preferred. Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills. Knowledge of mental health principles, treatment planning, and client documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Commitment to Trauma-Informed Care principles.
