Interim Practice Manager, Fertility Clinic

Job Details Join an Oregon medical clinic as their next Interim Practice Manager, Fertility Clinic! The Position The Interim Practice Manager, Fertility Clinic, will be responsible for the day-to-day practice management operations throughout multiple clinics. Partnering with the Fertility Division Chief, this leader will lead approximately eight FTEs and will focus on streamlining processes, KPI's, block scheduling,quality control, patient satisfaction and safety, and staff engagement. The ideal candidate will be familiar with local, state, and federal compliance regulations. Must be highly organized, communicative, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. This leader will be responsible for creating a positive and collaborative work environment, while simultaneously enforcing accountability throughout the location(s). Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements Bachelor's degree is required. EPIC and scheduling experience are required. Fertility experience is required. Compensation Details Compensation Range: $145,000 to $155,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
