Press Operator Assistant - Rotating Shift

Job Full Description A manufacturing company in Columbus, WI is looking to add Press Operator Assistants and General Laborers to their team! This is a long-term role, with structured training, and the opportunity to grow into higher-level roles. If you enjoy hands-on work and want a position with clear advancement potential, you are encouraged to apply! No experience is required. Pay: $20/hour to start - increases to $24/hour once hired on Schedule: Rotating Shift Required - 2 weeks on 1st shift, then 2 weeks on 2nd shift 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:00pm 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm Work includes: Change out rolls and ink in machines Assist machine operators Maintain a clean work area - sweep, organize, etc Important Note: All employees start as General Laborers for the first 6 months, regardless of experience.
