DescriptionPosition: Physical Therapist - Collegiate Athletics / PRN CoverageLocation: Carthage College (Kenosha, WI) with PRN opportunities across Kenosha (North, South, East), Union Grove, and Burlington Position Type: PRN opportunities and Part Time available Schedule: Monday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM Friday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM About Us We are a privately owned group of outpatient physical therapy clinics serving southeastern Wisconsin, with locations in Burlington, Kenosha, Union Grove, and an on-site clinic at Carthage College. Our practice emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong focus on orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, and return-to-sports-performance rehabilitation. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Wisconsin-licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat injured collegiate athletes at Carthage College. This role is ideal for a clinician with a passion for sports rehabilitation who enjoys working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Illinois license is a plus. In addition to the on-site collegiate role, this position may include PRN physical therapist responsibilities, providing coverage for vacations and maternity leaves at our area outpatient clinics. Primary Responsibilities Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries in collegiate athletes Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on return to sport and injury prevention Collaborate with athletic trainers, coaching staff, physicians and surgeons, and other healthcare professionals Perform manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions - Trigger Point Dry Needling Certification is a plus Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in accordance with professional standards Participate in PRN coverage across clinic locations as needed - if desired Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin (or eligible for licensure). Illinois license a plus.
